Universal Exercise Unit

The last way to operate the Universal Exercise Unit is by applying the Suspension System Therapy. The important component of this therapy is the partial (upper or lower) and/or full body suspension of the child. This is a pleasurable way to force the child to move his/her body by playing. The child will be instructed to perform series of exercises like crossing obstacles inside the cage.

The main benefit of this therapy is its effect on the vestibular system in improving the balance and coordination of the child. In addition to the above benefit is the achievement of muscle strength and stability of the muscles while preventing unwanted compensatory muscle activation. This can also be used for static stretching of tight muscles.
